located in Gilford, NH.
The beach on Dockham Shores Rd is a private, members–only beach for this association. All members and Guests are required to follow the Beach Rules established by the Association.

Membership is limited to the following parcels of land
All parcels on Baxter Court, Margaret Way, Robertson Drive.
Colmar Court #’s: 3, 11, 12, 19, 20, 25, 26 &30
Sanborn Road #’s: 38,48,56,64, &72
Weirs Road #’s: 323, 331, 335, 345, 353, 361, &375
Dockham Shores Road #’s: 222, 228, 234, 242, 250, 256, 264, 270, 272, 278, 286, 296, 302, 308, & 316
Note: NOT all properties on Dockham Shores Road belong to this association. Only the properties listed above
Only Dockham Shore Estates property owners may use this beach and additional memberships are not for sale.
All Guests must be accompanied by a homeowner of the association. Any person on the beach who is not a member or guest of a member is considered to be trespassing
